Coaster artwork files – how do I send in my art for proofing?

Once you have created your artwork – and followed our file and layout requirements, the next step is to upload your coaster artwork to us.

In the top navigation bar - click on UPLOAD.

You will then see a field where you can fill out your name and email address. Below that you can attach your coaster artwork file(s).  (Helpful hint: It would be easier to locate your art files if you save them to your desktop first)

Once you have attached your art files, all you would have to do is click on the “Send file” button at the bottom of the screen. This will automatically start an upload to our ftp site and your files will begin the transfer immediately.

After your files are uploaded – the screen will change and give you an update on whether the transfer was successful or not. (This update could take a while – depending on the size of your coaster art file, Internet connection speed, etc)
